In the next book I think that all of the districts are going to fight the capital. Because the capital is to power full and the people of the districts are tired of seeing their children kill one another. So this is why I think they are going to rebel ageists the capital. And I think that Katnes and Petta are going to lead this party. Because they already out smarted the capital once. Because they were going to eat the poison berries together at the end of the hunger games.
